The Franciscan Order of the Divine Compassion of the Anglican Catholic Church has a Third Order for lay folk who feel called to lead their life in Christ by the Rule of Saint Francis. Several parishioners of the Saint Stephen's are members of the Third Order and live out part of their commitment to the Rule serving in various capacities in our parish.
