Church Groups

The all-volunteer choir of St. Stephens sings at the 11:00 a.m. Mass every Sunday, as well as during special services on high holy days. Music is traditional, including hymns from the Hymnal 1940, anthems, and organ accompaniment. Rehearsals take place after coffee hour on Sundays, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. Singers of all ages and experience are welcome to participate. For more information or to express interest, contact Organist & Choir Director William F. Coscarelli at wfcmusic@gmail.com.

For an example of the type of music perfomed by the choir, a recording of the St. Stephen's Choral Evensong service on Lent I of 2015 is available.  Visit https://soundcloud.com/austin-hattori/sets/solemn-evensong to listen to the music, which features the cantata "A Man of Sorrows" by Ralph Karl Sydow.
